Giving up smoking - e learning training for team members

Alphega Pharmacy, in association with Novartis Consumer Health, has created an e learning training module for your team members to train them on giving advice to customers who are thinking about giving up smoking as well as product knowledge on Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).

Novartis Consumer Health is a leading manufacturer of over the counter medicines. Their NRT product, Nicotinell, is used widely to help people stop smoking. Nicotinell is sold as patches, gum and lozenges.

The e learning consists of 3 sections. These are:

Section A: Did you know
Section B: Disease and treatments
Section C: Case studies

During and at the end of each section, there are questions to check your team members’ knowledge.

The training will take approximately 60 minutes for each team member to complete. They can start and finish the training all at once or carry it out in bite size chunks, returning to the module whenever they have time.
