“Giving up smoking” e learning module instructions

Setting up your team members

You will need to set up your team members so that they each have their own unique User ID and Password.

From the home page click on “E learning”. This will take you to the “E learning” page.

Once on this page:

1. Click on the “Create a user” button
2. This will take you to the “Create a user” page
3. Follow the instructions on screen
4. You will need to repeat this for each of your team members

Once you have set up all of your team members their details will appear on the “E learning” page.

Completing the e learning

Each of your team members will need to do the following in order to complete their e learning module:

1. Log onto the website and ask you to enter your User ID and Password to access the Alphega Pharmacy UK home page
2. On the home page click on “E learning”. This will take them to the “E learning” page
3. Click the circle to select the “Giving up smoking” module
4. Click the circle against their name
5. Click on Start

Producing certificates

A certificate is given to each team member when they have completed the e learning module. If any team member does not print this out when they have finished the module then there is an alternative method available for doing this. Go to the “E learning” page and click on “Certificate(s)”. Then follow the instructions.

Removing leavers

You are able to remove any team members who have left your pharmacy by clicking on the “Delete” button, against their name, that appears on the “E learning” page.
