How the Eye Works

The eye is a highly complex organ, with specialised parts and millions of cells working together to bring us the images we see. In many ways, the eye works like a TV. In the studio, the camera converts the light into electrical signals that are broadcast to your home.

Picked up by the aerial, the signals are converted back into pictures by the TV set. The eye sends images to the brain in much the same way.

Nutritional supplements that have been linked to maintaining good eye health are available in many fruits, vegetables and foods however if you need an additional vitamin & mineral boost please visit your local pharmacy and ask your pharmacist, for advice.
