Brush: Brush your teeth twice a day using a fluoride toothpaste to strengthen and protect your teeth. Dentists recommend you replace your toothbrush every 3 months.
Rinse: Use a mouth rinse twice daily before or after brushing to kill the bacteria in the mouth which causes bad breath.
Floss: Brushing alone only cleans the surface of the teeth. You should floss at least once a day between the teeth to reduce plaque.
Regular check-ups with your dentist or dental hygienist are recommended to maintain oral health.
