Pandemic Delivery Service (PDS)

A new Pandemic Delivery Service (PDS) was launched in England, here you can find our support materials:

Useful posters

Protective equipment

We delivered three protective face visors to all members at the beginning of May, instructions on how to assemble them can be found here

We have a range of protective ‘sneeze screens’, available in both acrylic and acetate versions, which can be ordered directly from our supplier. See the flyer here.

NHS letters

Please find below links to suitable letters that you can print/edit and give to your pharmacy team. These can be used by team members to show police officers (for essential work travel) and at supermarkets for key worker preferential supermarket/shops access.

Key worker identification

We have created self-seal identification cards for your pharmacy staff and are available in country-specific NHS branded versions. These country-specific templates can be posted to your pharmacy for you to add photos and staff details.

  • ID Card – free allocation

  • Diamond members – 6 cards

  • Platinum members – 4 cards

  • Silver members – 2 cards

  • Groups – 2 cards

Additional cards can be purchased at £2 each.

COVID pack – hints and tips

A COVID-19 support pack was posted to all members at the end of June, the booklet within it contained a variety of hints and tips on your how to keep your premises, staff and patients safe. The full booklet can be found here.

Safe spaces

During this unprecedented time, there have been reports that domestic abuse sufferers are having difficulties keeping themselves safe and are often trapped in vulnerable spaces and situations with nowhere or no-one to turn to.

To help combat this we would encourage our members to assist sufferers by facilitating their consultancy rooms as a Safe Space for victims of abuse during this outbreak.
